-Douglas fir & oak structures are priced as open structures with an EPDM rubber membrane for flat roofs and bitumen shingles for pitched roofs.

-Garages are priced using planed Larch cladding, garage doors, EPDM rubber membrane for flat roofs and corrugated metal for pitched roofs.
